1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • The product was never delivered
  • The wrong item was shipped

To be eligible, your request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Digital products (if downloaded or accessed)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

3. Return Process

To request a refund:

4. Refund Approval

If your refund is approved:

  • You will receive the amount within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your payment provider (they may take time before posting the refund).

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or was not delivered.
